This week's episode is called "End of the Tunnel" and it airs of course on Monday at 9PM. Be sure to catch the 8PM airing of last week's eppisode if you happened to miss it. Lincoln's episode is schedule for the NEXT DAY so things get really good. Veronica comes out of hiding to see Lincoln in case he is to die, and Michael tries to think of a way to get Lincoln out of solitary...which proves to be a very difficult task. Of course Michael gets ingenious on us again. This episode is supposed to an absolute nail-biter!

Tomorrow's episode is called "Odd Man Out". If you missed episode 12 (the one before this new one) then tune in one hour early to see it. In this episode, things heat up with Abruzzi and T-Bag. In this episode we actually get some character development with T-Bag. Is it me or is it just uncomfortable to say his name out loud? Talking about "T-Bags" at the office could get me in trouble. . .Also in this episode the escape plan changes DRASTICALLY

Wow the ratings are really picking up! PB is turning into Fox's next great hit! The retention rates have been extremely solid and the numbers after the halfway mark in the show are great, which is always a sign of the show's strength. Check out some new exclusive videos.

What did everyone think of the FIRST episode! It was stellar! And Fox has the ratings to prove it! Things are looking very solid for the shows future.

There have been a flurry of positive reviews for Prison Break. During a season of so many mediocre new shows, PB seems to be a real gem. The good reviews outnumber the bad reviews by about 4/1 at this point and the largest papers including the Times are doing reviews. All signs point to a VERY successful series! Now my concern is how are they going to keep this show going beyond a season? I personally don't see how it can be done. Especially considering this tv show was not developed as a series, but as a one time special. I guess we'll have to wait.

This is good. In Tampa a radio station was having a PB contest where they dressed up contestants like prisoners and set them free on the highway. Their goal was to find a ride and get back to the station. The first "escaped convict" to do so would win a trip to Los Angeles to see PB being filmed. But motorists heading to work on Friday morning didn't get the gag, and called 911 emergency in droves! lol. The cops were there in minutes to arrest the "inmates". All was eventually cleared up. Now THIS is what I call good advertising!

Good tidbit. In a New York Times article, the shows creators say they have in mind a first season like The Shawshank Redemption and a second season like The Great Escape! If that isn't the best description of a television show i've ever heard! Looks like we may only be having 2 seasons of the show max at this point. However, I do believe the network will try to extend this if the show is a smash hit. They do like money, so this is a logical assumption.

A little more info. was released this week about the dynamic of the show. Apparently each week's episode will reveal a new tidbit of info that will help solve the over-reaching question of who really murdered the Vice President's brother.

TV Squard was making fun of the premis of the show this week. Those people over there are so clueless. They are basing their 'review' (if you can call it that) on a 1 minute teaser of the show. If you read that, don't believe a word. Take it from someone who has seen the pilot. It' s GREAT show!

Sorry for not having deaily updates, or even weekly updates. There really is no new info on the show. There is still a good amount of buzz around the project and this will most likely result in a good push by FOX to make this show a hit. If YOU have any good tidbits, please drop me a line! The Pilot will debut on August 29th and 8PM! It will be two hours long! The normal timeslot for the show is going to be 9PM which will resume the following week.

I've SEEN IT! Yes, I have received a copy of the Pilot and it is AMAZING! Just what I thought it would be. Not too much action yet in the first episode, just a lot of setting things up, but the character development is definitely strong as well as the acting (which is the biggest indicator of the shows success). I don't remember Wentworth from 'Popular' but he is definitely a great actor and will commanding most of the air time. Another familiar face in the pilot is Jessalyn Gilsig from 'Nip/Tuck'. I don't think she will be recurring, but she is another great actor. Anyways, I don't want to spoil the show for you, so I will stop, but suffice it to say you will be impressed.

GREAT NEWS! The show is the VERY FIRST project to be picked up officially for the 2005-2006 FALL lineup. This is HUGE news coming a full month before the normal upfronts for the networks are announced. That means that FOX is really into the project and is showing support early. I'm gonna work on getting a copy of the pilot to see what all this buzz is about.

The show's ensemble cast will feature: Wentworth Miller (from Popular) Dominic Purcell (Blade: Trinity and John Doe) Peter Stormare (Fargo...good actor) Wayne Callies (From Tarzan) And Paul Scheuring wrote the Pilot and will also co-produce (He also did 'A Man Apart' with Vin Diesel)

News is kinda slow about the show/pilot, but I thought I would update regardless. Stay tuned for updates.

Good news...Brett Ratner is directing the pilot. He is the mind that brought us 'Rush Hour' and 'After the Sunset'. He is a good straight action type of guy. Very solid work, so this is very promising for the pilot.

FOX has finally given the go ahead on production of the pilot for 'Prison Break' which has been under development for over 1yr. This is extremely unusual to be sitting on a project for this long. My guess is that the Execs. at Fox put this pilot in motion following the initial success of '24' (considering the fact that the timeline plays out very similar in structure to that of 24) and then began having second thoughts. Regardless, the show has been re-worked and is ready to go now. I have been hearing good buzz about the show's development, so things are indeed promising for a Fall launch or maybe even summer launch of 'Prison Break'.

The project has been renamed 'Prison Break'. I prefer this title...straight and to the point.

The producers of this project are Marty Adelstein and Dawn Parouse who brought us 'Tru Calling' and 'Point Pleasant' most recently. Let's hope this show fairs MUCH better than their previous projects on FOX. Both producers have described the project as a 'Great Escape-esque' dynamic that allows for rich and distinct character development. The show will portray a prison break over twenty-two episodes. The question I have is whether or not they are thinking of a second season or if this is a limited series. It has been buzzed that the show is a full series, and that initially it was thought as a limited 1 season show, but apparently FOX liked what it saw. We'll just have to wait and see.
