Stacy Keach (playing Warden Pope)
Stacy Keach was born in beautiful Savannah Georgia on June 2, 1941. Stacy comes from good acting stock, his father Stacy SR. was an actor and director in the 40-90's. Sr. created quite possibly the greatest detective series to ever play on radio called "Tales of the Texas Rangers". Stacy Keach has had a long and prolific acting career. He has been called one the great american classic actors ever. Much of his passion lies with
Shakespeare's works which he has been a part of since he first started acting. He has received a Golden Globe for his mesmerizing portrayal of Ernest Hemmingway and has been nominated for countless other awards throughout his career. He is perhaps best known for his portrayal of detective Mike Hammer in the television show based on MIcky Spillane's gritty crime books. For the younger readers out there you may remember his scary portrayal of a neo-nazi in the stunningly beautiful film "American History X".
